I made this for lunch today, and thought it was good enough to share. Sorry for the lack of measurements. I was just experimenting. It would probably be better with the juice AND zest of an actual lime, but I didn't have one.
1 mango, diced into bite-sized chunks.
About a quarter of a Vidalia onion, """"
A handful of grape tomatoes, """"
Splash (about a tbsp? 2?) of lime juice
pinch of allspice
shake of Florida pepper.
Stir. Probably even better if it sits for a bit, but I just devoured it.
