Oh, my. Oh, my, my, MY. Classy, yes. Having copped the wording of various bits of formality in books from the British (a letter of marque here, an order of attainder there...) I am now tempted to have various fictional sovereigns have honors lists of their own, for the sheer pleasure of using such phrases. In fact (jots something down) it might even fix that gaping hole in the logic of one of them. Yes...it works. The Queen's gracious favor reaches a lot farther than her own subjects, though she'll never know it (or care.)

It's lovely. Makes me (despite terminal travel-and-convention tiredness) want to cheer.

And very nice too! I love that formal language, but it's as well we don't have to write in it all the time, isn't it (this is definitely ultra-high-forsoothly!).
