I looked around the site and didn't find an answer to my question, and then I found this thread. So I'll ask it here. I'm curious. I see "senior members" and "junior members" and "members". How are these categories defined? And how does one move from one to the other? If this question is impertinent, feel free to slap my hand. Wink

It just has to do with how many posts you've made. I think it's 30 or 35 you hit "Member", and then 100 (?) when you get to be a "Senior Member". That's all it is, the forum software's default.

We're still waiting to see if there is anything beyond senior members. Do we become wizened crones at 1000 posts? Decrepid chatterboxes at 1500 or do we remain senior, increasing only in girth as we consume chocolate and read Robin's entries Wink

Doesn't appear so. Shelley hit 1000 posts a bit ago and her status never changed. Oh well.

We'd thought to rename all the levels... but we didn't want it to seem too competative. Smile It tops out at "senior."

Really? There are other levels that could be named? I rather liked Susan's suggestion of "wizened crone" - I can produce a quite creditable evil witchlike laugh. No? Oh, well, life is full of dissapointment... Sigh.

Why, I feel all thin, sort of stretched, if you know what I mean, like butter that has been scraped over too much bread.
