Demeter Burning. Could get some awesome mythological undertones up in there!

Selcouth...
Delphyne meets Gille Dubh(that little green man under the trees) in the forest. She must travel to the future (thus the flying car) to discover something crucial about her identity, and finds herself torn between two worlds, two different selves. She must choose a reality, find out to which haecceity she belongs.
(I really just wrote all that because I wanted to use the word haecceity, and I'm not sure I used it properly anyway... but look how it is defined:
| Quote: | The aspect of existence on which individuality depends; the hereness and nowness of reality. First coined by the philosopher Duns Scotus, haecceity is that sense one gets of being in the present tense, the pure experience of a single moment in time. No other word has such subtle connotations. In addition, it sounds and looks very interesting.
| ... Isn't that great?!) (the quote box thing is a link to the webpage where I found all kinds of cool words, like selcouth and haecceity.)
But I still think that the title "A Birthday Present for Julia" is the BEST and should win.
(edited to add: But my REAL entry is this one. Just to be clear. The "Julia's Birthday Present" will be the title I post on Twitter, because it is shorter, and it counts as real THERE. But HERE, my real entry is this one with the fun words in it!)

"A Woman in Need of Hellhounds"
Without hellhounds, Lucia is at the mercy of a lusty antlered centaur, assailed by flying vehicles, and trapped in a trammeling gown and impractical shoes. Though she attempts to defend herself with magical leaves, these are insufficient, and her sanity is in doubt if her hair gets loose. Hellhounds could save her, bringing All-Stars to lay at her feet, jeans and a pink shirt to clothe her body, and taking her hurtling away from the centaur and the falling cars. But will they come in time, before the centaur is finished posing and resumes chasing, before the car falls?

All right, I couldn't think of a thing, but then, in my bath, I was Inflicted with Inspiration - and, frankly, I don't see why any of you should be spared any of it; and, besides, it's not as if I would mind winning that book. So, here goes:
SORCERESS
A Gritty, Grey and Colourful Tale of Dastardly Hairdressers, a Sinister Stag & an Even Worse Flying Car
Tag: "Others may use crystal balls - she uses plants!
Author blurb: "This book is not for the fainthearted!" X.Y. de Zed, author of the bestselling "Horrors Unimaginable"
CHAPTER ONE
Bad Day at Castle Rock
In which our heroine makes some daring, if unfortunate, fashion choices
"I don't want to be like everybody else!" said Jane, the plain, "I want to be different!"
Ah, little did she know what gruesome train of events these seemingly innocent words would set in motion...
Why, I feel all thin, sort of stretched, if you know what I mean, like butter that has been scraped over too much bread.

Susanna Stregablogalot and the REALLY Bad Hair Day
I envision this as the first title in a series, following Susanna's adventures in the magical forest of marijuana - who knows, it could be the next Harry Potter...
Don't worry about the dust bunnies, they're just here to guard the treasure.....

I agree! This is definitely the thread to go to, if one is having a bad-ish day... guaranteed to cheer you up!
