Robin, I got on IE and I could still see your post. Candles lit for you!

I'm not sure what I have, but it appeared on Blogger for me. If you're having a lie down anyway, how about a nice cup of very black tea. I won't suggest a brownie, because that would be unnecessarily cruel, given what you are going through. Candle lit, and flame burning nicely. Shall try not to burn hands as I huddle over it in my boilerless ice cavern. Wink

Perhaps the problems rise exponentially (and thus, crash things for you) when there are more people on viewing the blog and the forum? Which might explain why it happens so regularly when you're on your lonesome, but not during the time you have Computer Men about.

Then again, that may have absolutely nothing to do with anything.

Every day for the next year, I'm taking and posting at least one picture. Stop by and take a look!

Hmm...I was able to see it in both. I can't have candles at work, but I have my lifesaving portable radiator (because the dolt who built the library doesn't think they need little things like insulation here) lit for Robin. Smile

I can see it in firefox and in IE tab in firefox, although I then couldn't get into the forum as I couldn't remember my login details which firefox obviously remembers for me.

Off to find a candle to light.

FWIW, I can see it in Camino and Safari. I don't have IE, nor wish to use it ever again.

Right. Just did a practice run on the dastardly dinmont (another Aga-hogging male). Promptly tripped over him and burned my hand on hottest bit. Applying for klutz card soonest. Will do better with men when they return from hunter-gatherer stuff, I promise.

Thanks. I won't bore you with gory detail. But it won't be till 10th Nov--and then it will take a whole week to do. Brrrr!

PS Meant to say--really nice to see you back, Robin. Shall now compose epic poem in your honour as promised--well maybe not epic!

Lucy, do you get to have time off from work until the boiler is fixed? Or are you playing the part of Scrooge's freezing clerk (can't remember his name right off the bat) in this year's A Christmas Carol?

I can see it on IE, which I guess is good. But it looks like it was posted quite some time ago, so I hope that's not bad. I've just said a prayer for you. Hope things get straightened out soon and the stress levels go down.

I can see it on IE too. Hope this is the beginning of the end. (of the computer problems not life as we know it) Smile

On a completely separate topic, I am just back from a truly fabulous Rolando Villazon concert and am full to the gills with lovely music and a feeling of exhilaration. I wish every night were this good. (I have another good concert on Friday too, but that is Brahms violin concerto with Christian Tetzlaff - this week is boding well)

Okay, will do. Mind you, thinking about it, this may have been because I cut and pasted the URL from the RSS feed, rather than going into separately..... but then, I hate IE and anything rather than use it!

Has anybody tried it on Google Chrome?
