My brother-in-law not only roasted a goose for Christmas, he gave me the drippings. Tonight I roasted fingerling potatoes in them.

Oh MAN, is that good!

Yes, most cooks seem to agree that potatoes roasted in goose fat are about as good - in the sense of a lovely crunchy outside and a fluffy inside - as it gets. Duck fat is pretty good too. Glad you enjoyed them. Smile
