Hello Blogmom,
I'm not sure where to post my request, and with Madam McKinley's computer issues, I feel more secure posting to the forum than emailing. I thought perhaps Ask Robin would be the right place, but that forum has disappeared – or did I hallucinate its existence?
Well, this is more of a Petition Robin. You see, my mother and I have a pantry stocked with a small tea shop's worth of various teas. For as long as I can remember, over 20 years, her absolute favorite has been Stash Tea Company's Cherry Almond Tea. Mom is addicted to this tea blend and drinks a quart morning and evening, at minimum. She just received her latest shipment and brewed her first mug from it to find that Stash had heinously changed the recipe for Cherry Almond Tea, making her beloved tea taste downright foul. Mom just hasn't been able to come up with the words to properly express her anguish. I told her that Robin does an excellent line in curses. So Robin McKinley, would you mind coming up with an appropriate curse for my mother (who launched me into bookaholism), please?
