I just noticed and fixed it! Whups! (And while I was fixing, got this message from you, and a PM from Maren. You guys are on tonight. I, apparently, am not.)

Could hardly read the text for cooing over the pictures of Ninja Kitty.
And considering that it was Robin's text I was able to glance past and have to go back and re-read...that's proof of serious kitten magic.

She still won't let me approach her. Everything has to be her idea. But, as a friend shrugged, "That's a cat for you."

Oh, yay! I'm so glad for you! Does she allow squeezings?
I remember the first time I picked up Sassi... she thought her last moment had come. (She was, I don't know, seven-eight months and not used to much human contact.) We have now (many years since) worked out a routine when and where she will get into my lap... It involves me sitting on the kitchen floor - if I'm not in the kitchen and she's in the mood for some lap-time, she will come and fetch me, and I'll go and sit down there... As your friend said, that's a cat for you.
Why, I feel all thin, sort of stretched, if you know what I mean, like butter that has been scraped over too much bread.

I have the magic! ;)
Actually, I think anyone can change them inside the forum. Like this.
I wasn't sure if changing my post would change the one on the topic list, but I was pretty sure we could make it work somehow. :)

No, but she vastly approves of brushing and combing.

It's a good thing you've learned to speak Sassi.

I've been enjoying the Ninja Kitty pictures, thinking that it's so lovely to relive memories ... HAH!
On Sunday, my pastor husband preached at another congregation as a favor to that pastor, a friend who underwent spinal surgery this past Thursday (BTW, in the meantime my daughter-in-law gave birth to our grandson two weeks early, on Saturday morning). When he arrived there, he found that some unknown person had left a box at the church, containing two little kittens, just barely weaned. There was a torn (clawed) bag holding some kitty litter, and inside the box was a bag with some kitty kibble. No one from that congregation would take the kittens home; they were actually going to leave the kittens in the box at church over the rest of the weekend - the babies had NO water. So, hubby called me to explain everything, and we decided he would bring the kitties home and we'd take care of them over night and take them to the local animal control in the morning.
You can probably guess the outcome; the kitties are staying with us. I guess I'm going to have my own Ninja Kitty pictures, along with all the baby pictures of my darling grandson. (Unfortunately, all our digital photo files are HUGE and I don't know how to downsize them)

If you use an online hosting service like Flickr, you can upload full-sized photos and they will provide you with suitably reduced versions. You can then email, post or download those.
