Oh dear. Glad to hear he's more or less OK now and that the experience at the hospital wasn't horrible. Fingers crossed for things to go smoothly tomorrow...

It is such a scary experience, and one feels so helpless ... thank goodness you have competent and understanding doctors. I know we will all be thinking of you both, and hoping fervently for the best of all possible outcomes.

And thank you for sharing the garden too (even if there are no roses). In times of trouble I find that gardens and animals are blessings beyond measure.

Best wishes to Peter for a return to good health and to both of you for recovery from the hospital experience. I hope the run of tests Peter has to look forward to will be informative in the best possible way--all results good. ::sends good thoughts and prayers::

Best wishes to you both - find it difficult to send healing wishes without sounding icky, but will pack them in the 5kg of gooseberry jam that we made by accident yesterday (don't ask) so if icky, also sticky

Just saw your tweet. So glad that Peter feels OK. But now it's all up in the air, isn't it? Is it nothing much? Is it worse than a TIA? Hoping the bloodwork says conclusively that it's nothing much.

Sending you wishes for rain too. But you can't have any of ours, we got just enough to keep things going for a while, no surplus. It did start some flowers up again, the bees are bringing in pollen for the first time in weeks. THere is another tropical disturbance down by the Yucatan. I'm hoping it does not become a hurricane but does come this way.

Very worrying for you both, Peter's sudden something or other. Bodies really are a nuisance sometimes, with all the design faults! Anyway, every positive good wish is coming your way.

That looks as though it was an unusually interesting garden. Mind you, the amount of stuff they've had to dig in, to get the clay in shape for all that planting! Yeesh.

When you mentioned Peter tracks his not feeling quite right back to his sinus surgery, I had a thought: one of the common complications of sinus surgery is cerebrospinal fluid leaks, if the surgeon accidentally punctures the skull where it borders the sinuses. I'm told they usually notice and fix it at the time, but it might be worth checking for, since they're not sure what's wrong.

Best wishes to both of you for health and happiness!
