We nearly had a flat Robin. That is definitely NOT a good thing.

It's never fun when you almost end up in the ditch/hedgerow/gutter/ side of a rocky cutting.
Although it can be amusing (when one is far enough back) to watch someone else be on the wrong side of the road with oncoming traffic, in town. This happened the other day. I don't think they were from around here.... *g*
Re the pink All-Stars - you never know. He might have nightmares about these after being beaten up as a kid by someone wearing Pink All-Stars. Combined with the slavering Hellhounds under each arm and he may have abandoned his vehicle and run in mad terror. Fatally underestimating the speed of two fit Lurchers.... muahahahaha

Adrenalin shakes are awful. Much sympathy.
Late mention, but I've enjoyed your flower pictures very much. I've been photographing our cactus flowers this past month (which led to my own adrenalin shakes yesterday when I headed for a patch of shade only to find it occupied by something that buzzed at me. Not nearly as bad as a truck in the middle of a blind corner, as there was room to dance backwards on the trail.)

A good thing there was buzzing involved then..... !! The stealth-mode operators are the ones that scare the wits out of me. *g*

I'm so glad you were able to avoid a crash, and even gladder that the hellhounds were lying down. If they hadn't been, they would have been tossed around. Ouf!
You said to post pictures of my garden. I'm going to try to do so here. If they are too big, moderators, feel free to zap them.

This is the last picture. You will see that I have to weed the flowerbeds. *sigh* Weeds seem to be so hardy.

Weeds are hardy. But you were just trying to achieve the "wildflower look" weren't you? hehe

Good gracious, Robin!!!
Glad you both reacted quickly enough, and the hellhounds are good about lying down in the car. Crossing ferrets that the ME doesn't make you pay for the adrenaline. :(
And even if you had ended up in a body cast, you could have used your mind control to get the mods to make a post here. Probably easier than poking fingers out of plaster to peck at the keyboard.

Well, no, but I could be. In fact, under the right circumstances, I don't think it would be difficult at all.

It’s been an unusually bad few weeks for SUNSHINE sequel demands
Oh. Dear.
*checks frantically in drawers to see if she can find extra spoons to send to Robin for the Sunshine sequel rant*

Actually, I think she might want the knives for that rant.... *snork*

...too many people don't seem to comprehend the joy of a novel that is complete in itself.
Absolutely! I went through a period of rebellion when all I could find were trilogies (and now it's heptalogies) instead of stand alone stories. I have ceased to fight that hopeless battle but it is still a pleasure to read a novel that is complete in itself.
