blogmom: subscribe by email, part deux
If you are having problems with Feedburner Email, there isn’t anything I can do to troubleshoot but I can offer some tips that may help you figure it out yourself.
First, check if you are actually subscribed. Try subscribing again. If you are subscribed, you will see this message:
blah@blah.com is already subscribed to the mailing list of Robin McKinley’s Blog via Email
If you are subscribed and not receiving the emails, check your spam folder and spam settings. Feedburner Email will arrive with this sender address:
From: Robin McKinley <blogmom@robinmckinleysblog.com>
If you are not subscribed, try again. Especially note this:
Please check your inbox for a verification message from FeedBurner’s “confirmations@emailenfuego.com,” the service address that delivers email subscriptions for Robin McKinley’s Blog via Email. You will need to click a link listed in this message to activate your subscription.
You may need to add confirmations@emailenfuego.com to your whitelist if you are not receiving the verification email.
